The OTA Paramount Chief Dr. Mutjinde Katjiua speaks to IAGS and Dr. Mónica Rey (Gammon Theological Seminary) about why the Ovaherero and several other stakeholder communities have rejected the 2021 Joint Declaration between the government of Namibia and the German government.
